How to Order

Please use order form and note special instructions for ordering via E-mail.

Our slides and tools are sold only in sets. We do not send out sets or kits for preview; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return them in good condition within 10 days for a full refund or credit. Orders may be charged to MasterCard and Visa. Delivery may be expected within 30 days of our receipt of your order.

Shipping and handling charges within the contiguous United States are $5 per set of slides and $10 per tool kit. Where possible, we ship by U.P.S. and need a street address or university building, not a box number. Orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be billed at actual shipping and handling costs.

For orders of three or more sets ordered at one time, please deduct 10% of the subtotal.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Canada and Mexico. We will add the cost of shipping and handling to your bill. If a credit card is not used, payment must be made in U.S. funds, payable through a U.S. bank.

All other countries. Unless a credit card is used, payment in U.S. funds, payable through a U.S. bank, is required in advance. When you place an order, please tell us how to ship, e.g. surface mail, air parcel post, U.P.S. where available, etc. To reduce shipping weight, sets may be sent without binders. Please be sure to let us know if you would like us to do so. If you prefer, please inquire in advance about the cost of shipping, or request a pro forma invoice.

When ordering by e-mail, please give us your name, address and telephone or fax number, as well as planned method of payment. You will be contacted by telephone or fax within two business days to confirm your order. Please do NOT include a credit card number.
