     How licensed web sites can be used
We understand some teachers incorporate some of the images into their own image collections for their own lectures. These may only be used in a non-commercial restricted-access academic environment; access to them must be controlled by the individual teacher and the licensing institution to avoid violating copyright. The web site may also be kept on reserve in the library for research by faculty and students. Where students on campus have their own computers, assigning a part of the web site for study is simple.

     The demo web site is an abbreviated version of our Mesoamerican Survey unit, which we hope will give you an idea of how the actual sites will be organized. There are 20 images available at this site...10 each from Mesoamerican Survey I (non-Maya sites) and from Mesoamerican Survey II (Maya sites). We hope you enjoy it.

       There is an annual platform (maintenance) fee per license of $180.

      The term of the first year's License will be for a period of one year.

      On the first renewal of the license, there will be a 10% discount of the cost of the first year's license.

       From time to time, new titles will be added. At the licensee's option, these may be added to their existing license for the remainder of the license term at a cost per title to be determined at the time of release. Upon renewal of the license, the new titles will be added to the licensed material at no extra cost.
