Delphi
Head of a God. Under the Halos, or threshing floor were
found buried a rich collection of offerings; some have suggested these were the legendary
"Treasures of Croesus". This chryselephantine head of a divinity adorned with
embossed gold is part of that collection. Delphi Museum.
